This site's privacy notice.
This page describes spendthrift.app, the marketing site you are reading. It is not the Spendthrift app's own privacy policy. That is a separate legal document, published on its own when it is ready.
What this site sets.
No cookies, and no analytics of any kind, nothing that measures visits, clicks, or time on page. There is no third-party script anywhere on this site: the typeface and the icon font are hosted here, not fetched from a font service. The only thing kept in your browser is your choice of currency, and only if you change it: one value, in your browser's own storage, never sent anywhere.
What this site transmits.
Two forms on this site, the waitlist and the survey, send data to a Google Sheet the owner controls, using Google's form-handling service. That is the only network request this site ever makes on your behalf, and it only happens when you press the button.
The waitlist form transmits the email you type. The survey transmits whichever answers you chose to give, and an email only if you volunteered one. Nothing is transmitted before you submit, and nothing is transmitted from any other page. Your currency is detected from your browser's own language and time zone settings, read locally and never sent anywhere; if you change it, that choice stays on your device only.
What that data is used for.
Emailing you when the app launches, and nothing else. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. There is no mailing list beyond the launch note itself.
What this site does not do.
It does not use tracking pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting. It does not embed video players, chat widgets, or social buttons. It works with JavaScript disabled. The waitlist and survey forms submit as plain HTML forms either way.
The app itself.
This notice covers the website only. The Spendthrift app has its own privacy policy, drafted separately and published when it is finished. Until then, this page is the only privacy documentation Brag Art Consultants publishes for Spendthrift.
